Sapa 2 days – Fansipan & Y Linh Hồ

Route tour: Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi

Join us for a 2 days adventure in Sapa, where you’ll visit traditional villages, trek through scenic rice terraces, and conquer the heights of Fansipan, Vietnam’s tallest mountain.

Itinerary

Day 1: Fansipan – Cat Cat – Sapa

Our tour guide will pick you up from the train station in Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa via private car, check in to your hotel and breakfast.

After breakfast, we begin our trip to Cat Cat village, home to the Black Hmong people and a stunning waterfall. We return to Sapa for lunch, then take a train to the top of Fansipan, Vietnam’s highest mountain, offering breathtaking views of Sapa town and the surrounding rice fields. We’ll be back at the hotel by 6 PM, with the evening free for you to enjoy on your own.

Day 2: Sapa -Y Linh Ho- Lao chai -Ta van – Sapa

9AM: We start early to make the most of the day, as the valley looks stunning in the morning. Departing from Sapa town square, we head to our first destination, Y Linh Ho, 6 km away.

In Y Linh Ho, we’ll pause briefly to admire the village, which boasts the most rice terraces in the entire valley. We may encounter curious locals before we move on to our lunchtime stop.

Lunch is at a local Vietnamese restaurant in San Sa Ho. Afterward, we continue our trek.

On our way to Lao Chai, we enjoy views of the valley below, where the rice terraces are less steep. We visit a Hmong family who will demonstrate how they make traditional clothing from hemp, which grows locally depending on the season. We’ll spend some time in their home, learning about their daily life before moving on.

Next, we set off for Ta Van. We have two route options: an easier, shorter path or a more challenging trek high up in the valley, offering better views of the landscape below.

And now, we have reached the end of our tour, arriving in Ta Van. Congratulations on completing an incredible 15 km of trekking!
